She enjoys teamwork and achieving long-term results through the development of sustainable initiatives. Anne-Norrante joined Boreala Management in 2020 and has progressed through a variety of roles. Currently a Senior Consultant, Anne-Norrante is always ready to innovate and try out new ways of doing things. ​

A versatile consultant, her main areas of expertise include HR fundamentals, diversity, equity and inclusion, training and development, organizational diagnostic & effectiveness strategies and facilitation. She has extensive experience working with organizations in northern Quebec. ​

A sought-after facilitator, she makes fun an integral part of any mandate, and laughter is a given if Anne-Norrante is leading the project.​

Prior to joining Boreala Management, Anne-Norrante worked in management/ leadership development consulting, in addition to her experience as a human resources manager in the retail sector. ​

With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Université de Montréal, certificates in human resources and organizational development from HEC and a diploma in management from Université Laval, Anne-Norrante has a wide range of knowledge and navigates well in evolving, growing environments, combining social justice and organizational issues. She also enjoys trying out different learning methods.  To this end, she has also taken Kaospilot training (experiential learning) and is Prosci certified in change management.​
