Flavie joined the Boreala Management team after completing her Master of Science in Management, with a specialization in Organizational Development (ESG UQAM). Previously, she worked in human resources, consulting, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion).

With her empathetic and analytical nature, she takes an approach aimed at understanding employees’ needs while applying rigorous analysis to create tailored solutions. Flavie is convinced that it is by targeting organizations and placing people at the heart of change that a real difference can be achieved in our society. Her professional mission is to collaborate with organizations to help them create healthier, more fulfilling workplaces.

She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management (ESG UQAM), and her academic journey is highlighted by her involvement with the Bureau de Conseil en Management de l’UQAM (BCM), where she occupied the positions of management consultant and Vice President of Human Resources.
