As a bilingual strategic HR professional and coach, Mary Wassef draws on 17 years of experience working in technology, telecommunications, and life sciences industries, with national and international organizations, to create sustainable short and long-term solutions that drive engagement and organizational culture through people. She values partnering with stakeholders at all levels, taking the time to understand the business realities, and creating talent strategies that are anchored in the organization’s culture aspirations.
Throughout her career, she held roles in organizational development and as a business partner. She is known for her passion and curiosity, and for challenging the status quo so that solutions truly align with the organization’s culture aspirations. She focuses on the different facets of organizational culture: from developing and implementing talent and engagement strategies, to change management initiatives, particularly within the context of mergers and acquisitions, to facilitating successful long-lasting offsites with teams, to delivering training to new managers.
