Noémie certainly stands out for her boldness, composed spirit and confident temperament. She joined the Boreala Management team in November 2022, after completing her Master’s degree and gaining experience in a small consulting firm and within non-profit organizations. 

You will quickly notice Noémie’s ability to consolidate and synthesize information, and her focus on action and results. She has distinguished herself in both strategic and technical projects, from strategic planning and organizational diagnostics to performance management and recruitment. 

Noémie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (Universidad Carlos III de Madrid), and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HEC Montréal). During her academic pathway, she distinguished herself by representing her school at prestigious academic competitions, namely the Jeux du Commerce (2021) and the Symposium GRH (2019 and 2020).
