Stephanie has been a Consultant with Boreala since early 2022 and brings over seven years of Human Resources experience from both provincially and federally regulated industries, namely, security, manufacturing, and transport.
Personable, agile, and conscientious, Stephanie has a keen ability to connect with clients, allowing her to make tailored and effective recommendations to suit their needs. She combines her human-centered approach with innovative HR strategies to support organizations and leaders reach their full potential.
Passionate about labour and employment law, her areas of focus include HR policies and compliance, health & safety as well as organizational development. She has extensive experience developing and implementing HR strategies and working with business partners in an advisory capacity.
Stephanie holds a B.A. from McGill University, a certificate in Human Resources from HEC Montreal, and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
