Tiffany also serves as a project lead in the development of employee training programs, overseeing program design, implementation, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational learning and development.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Environmental Sustainability from McGill University and pursued continued education in Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining Boreala, she spent five years in B2B trade operations at a top biopharmaceutical company, where she grew passionate for optimizing processes to drive organizational success, event management, and project coordination.
A highly curious and innovative thinker, Tiffany thrives in fast-paced environments, constantly seeking new ways to improve efficiencies and elevate experiences. She enjoys tackling challenges head-on, collaborating with diverse teams, and delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.
