Before joining the Boreala team in January 2023, Alexia worked for a firm specializing in talent optimization. This experience allowed her to develop a great sense of prioritization, agility and a strong capacity to adapt. Alexia is a good listener, is proactive and a caring person. Passionate about human resources and entrepreneurship, she is a team player, always curious and likes to surpass herself.
With broad knowledge of customer service and human resources, she is methodical, analytical and detail-oriented. Alexia takes care of ensure the well-being of the stakeholders she works with. Of Italian origin, Alexia attaches great importance to the family. A globetrotter from a young age, she is very curious and open-minded, which makes it easy to bond with the new people she meets.
Alexia completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Concentration) at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM / ESG) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Quebec in Outaouais.
