Coline Houlon Tordjman, Consultant
“Choose a job you love, and you’ll never have to work a day in your life”: this precept from Confucius has been dear to Coline ever since she started working. It goes hand in hand with a value that, in her eyes, is fundamental: authenticity.
Optimistic and witty by nature, she stands out by her listening skills, her interpersonal skills and her professionalism, all of which allow her to quickly build trusting relationships with key stakeholders. Having worked in Germany, France and Canada in large private organizations of the aeronautics, civil engineering and professional services sectors, Coline also spent a few years in municipal administration. With over twelve years of experience in human resources, she has supported her clients in various areas including, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management and organizational transformation.
Passionate about language, facilitation and training delivery, in other words: sharing in all its forms, Coline is currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at UQAM in order to become a certified trainer. She completed French-German studies during which she obtained a bachelor’s degree in political sciences as well as a master’s degree in human resources management from Sciences Po (Paris, France). She has been a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CPHR) since 2013.
Sharing the pleasures of food and travelling across the five continents are parts of Coline’s DNA. Adventurous at heart, she loves to try new experiences and to get off the beaten paths; skydiving, scuba-diving and desert trekking in the Sahara are amongst her favorite adventures.
