Cynthia Green’s career spans over 30 years. For the last decade she has cultivated relationships while building her own business; working in and with a multitude of workplaces, facilitating workshops, coaching and inspiring participants to make lasting changes.
Cynthia’s personal belief system and life experience were the catalyst for self-employment, her passion for continuous learning, extensive training in resilience, mindfulness, physical and mental wellness are the foundation of her work today.
Drawing on her life experiences, research into resilience, emotional intelligence and how to navigate mental and physical health Cynthia encourages participants to examine their current life style choices and consequences, personal values, and to live with more awareness.
She is committed to an active lifestyle, spending time in nature and helping individuals and organizations move toward their vision while achieving balance.
