Prior to joining the Boreala team, Elisabeth worked 5 years in HR positions within the second largest bank in France. Keen to learn new things and develop new skills, she gained experience in different HR specialisations: data analysis, compensation, international mobility & recruitment. Additionally, she evolved through working in different international contexts and cultures, working in France, the UK, Hong Kong and now Quebec.
Through her international experience, Elisabeth has developed an open-mindedness, resourcefulness, and adaptability to deal with difficult situations with change. Elisabeth will be continuing to leverage her analytical skills, supporting Boreala clients in the area of compensation.
Elisabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Lancaster University in the UK as well as a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Sup des RH obtained in Paris, France.
