Before joining the Boreala team, Justine developed her skills as a HR Manager within the SME IT sector. She has successfully set up HR departments from scratch using her strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Her openness and empathy have assisted her to navigate diverse and complex contexts while supporting teams through change.
With several years of experience as a HR generalist, Justine contributes strongly in the areas of strategy, organizational development, employee engagement and recognition, performance management and organizational culture. She addresses her mandates with a view on social responsibility, carefully considering all of the stakeholders involved.
With a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from UQAM, a DESS in Management of Sustainable Development from HEC Montreal and as a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrees, Justine is able to quickly understand organizational realities of her clients and combine the challenges of business with social, economic and governance issues. Her goal is to build relationships that make a difference and achieve lasting results. Justine is also a Prosci accredited Change Management practitioner.
