Through her diverse experiences as an HR adviser and analyst, but also as a project manager and team lead in various industries including translation and healthcare, Marie developed strong planning skills and a focus on efficiency in processes. She also has a strong client-oriented approach based on open communication and a deep sensitivity to the client’s needs.
An expert project lead, Marie knows how to convert her client’s expectations and needs into concrete actions, adapted to the context of each project and organization. With a deep understanding of her clients’ reality, she adjusts her approach and methodologies to achieve success in a way that is respectful of all stakeholders. She has a keen interest for in-depth analysis and has an eye for details, but also underlying patterns. Marie is driven by a desire to achieve tangible and lasting results through providing clients with practical advice and tools. She is recognized for her ability to provide recommendations that are realistic and attainable and partnering with clients to develop solutions that will be sustainable.
She supports Boreala clients in a wide variety of projects, including organizational diagnostic, process improvement, change management, strategic assessments, structure revisions, talent management practices, facilitation, employee training.
An accredited member of l’Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés, Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Ressources Management, as well as a master’s in Organizational Development from l’Université du Québec à Montréal.
