Marie-Pier has been dedicated to compensation and human resources management for over a dozen years. In her career, she has supported teams of different sizes and led projects for organizations from the private and public sectors.
As an experienced Senior Consultant, Marie-Pier leads the Boreala Compensation team and supports clients with a range of services including compensation diagnostics and comparative market analysis, elaboration and implementation of compensation strategies, policies and programs, design of salary structure, implementation and optimization of job evaluation and classification system, management of pay equity and compliance, communication of compensation programs and, administration of payroll and benefits
Additionally, Marie-Pier supports clients in a wide range of human resource areas, including implementation of performance management programs, development of competencies, succession planning strategies and, recruitment strategies.
Being a certified Prosci/ADKAR practitioner, change management strategies and considerations are an integral part of the approach favored by Marie-Pier, which, over the years, has proven to be a tool that has enabled success and sustainability of projects and initiatives.
Always attentive to the realities of her clients, Marie-Pier is agile and adaptive. Often working with clients as a true partner and member of the team, she goes above and beyond to develop close and collaborative relationships.
Marie-Pier holds a B.A. in Industrial Relations from the Université de Montréal, is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrees, a certified Change Management Practitioner Prosci/ADKARI and a certified facilitator from Facilitation First.
