Noémie Montplaisir, Analyst
Noémie is a professional who certainly stands out for her composed mind, her approachability and her confident temperament. She joined the Boreala team in November 2022, just after completing her Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Thus, we can truly say that Noémie is curious, daring and above all, passionate about human resources.
With her, she brings to Boreala a fresh and international perspective on HRM. She also has a deep knowledge of current issues as her thesis topic was on “The effect of remote work on the leadership emergence”.
Previously, Noémie worked in a small consulting firm where she gained experience in business transfer, governance management and other related projects. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (HEC Montreal) and has distinguished herself during her academic path by representing her school in prestigious academic competitions such as the Commerce Games (2021) and the HRM Symposium (2019 and 2020).”
