As a manager René brings over 15 years of experience working with profit and non-profit organizations in different countries and cultures in Latin America and Canada, developing meaningful working relationships in organizational transformation projects. Passionate for learning and change, René helps his clients to adapt and evolve, engaging them in collaborative settings to attain their goals. His working experience involves projects in different fields as Health, Education, Manufacturing, Mining Services, Banking, Occupational Health & Safety, etc.
His areas of expertise involve organizational development, cultural change, experiential learning, leadership development, facilitation, skills training, coaching, and change management. At Boreala Management, he is also highly committed to our internal development and continuous improvement, in order to learn from ourselves, share our experiences, and generate effective practices to implement in our projects with clients.
René holds a Bachelor in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University, a Coaching certification from Newfield Consulting, and a Master degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. He is also a Prosci accredited Change Management practitioner.
As an enthusiastic adventurer in different domains, eager to learn from human nature and explore the outdoors, René is a Buddhist meditation practitioner and PADI certified advanced scuba diver.
