Coralie joined the Boreala team in January 2023, after working for five years in a family business office as a specialist in compensation and human resources information systems. This professional experience has allowed her to implement new tools within the organization to support the total compensation strategy, and performance management and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Human Resources department.
Coralie supports our clients in various projects such as pay equity, market benchmarking, implementation and optimization of job evaluation and classification tools, salary increase matrices, and salary structure design. She is committed to the success of human resources practices that she defines as strategic for any organization. Her added value lies in her willingness to find practical solutions in order to gain efficiency.
Involved from an early age in various voluntary initiatives to promote equal opportunities for the youngest. She volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Montreal and believes in giving back to the community. Coralie obtained a master’s degree in business management with a specialization in human resources from Audencia Business School, Nantes, France. She continues to engage in continuing education to improve her skills and stay abreast of trends in her field.
