Boreala Management is proud to announce our commitment to the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program, led by the Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB).
Established in 2001, the Partnership Accreditation in Indigenous Relations (PAIR) program includes an online management and reporting tool that supports organizations in strengthening and advancing their relationships with Indigenous communities, along with a certification process that recognizes performance at the bronze, silver, or gold level. The program provides a high level of assurance through independent, third-party verification of measurable outcomes across four key areas: Leadership Actions, Employment, Business Development, and Community Relations.
Participating in the PAIR program is strongly aligned with our values and our broader vision for corporate social responsibility. At both the ownership level and across our organization, we are dedicated to taking concrete, ongoing actions in support of Reconciliation, in meaningful relationship with Indigenous communities.
