Dominique Dubowy, Consultant
Dominique has been a consultant with Boreala since September 2022 and has brought with her over 8 years of experience working in Human Resources for technology companies (Test Engineering and Information Systems) with her scope of work spanning across the entire employee life-cycle, for teams in Canada, US and Japan.
Her professional guiding light as a Business Partner has always been to strengthen collaboration and understanding between all levels of an organization. She has a passion for helping people grow, leading teams, and building strong relationships within an organization. Her goal is to challenge the status quo and have a mindset of continuous improvement.
Dominique is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrees of Quebec and holds a B.Comm. from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business where she was involved in the student HR Association and represented her school in prestigious academic competitions such as the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition (1st place in HR) and the HRM Symposium.
Her “free time” is always packed with getting involved in the Montreal AcroYoga Community, rock climbing, dancing and travelling the world!
