Lyla has over 8 years’ experience as a HR professional with an expertise in Organizational Development. She has worked in the private sector where she supported local operations, and also designed, developed and implemented both global programs and initiatives related to leadership and competency development, recognition, engagement and performance management.
Lyla supports our clients in the areas of organizational diagnostic and design, restructuring, employee engagement, process improvement, employee development initiatives and business continuity planning. She also takes a lead role in the onboarding of new employees and Boreala social activities (#getEnsemble).
Lyla holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University. She is a member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Professionals, a Prosci accredited Change Management Practitioner and Coaching Ourselves certified. Lyla also holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
