Oliver Lemaire


Olivier is passionate about social innovation, psychosociology and change management. He has experience in team management, training facilitation and intervention, gained from working with organizations of all sizes. His studies in psychosociology and his expertise in interpersonal and inter-group relations lead him to place people at the heart of his interventions. His passion for public and social communication and his multi-disciplinary approach give him a broad analytical framework and an overview of the various interacting systems.

He stands out for his ability to work as part of a team. He also possesses skills in relationship dynamics analysis, organizational development and community and organizational psychology. His listening skills, empathy and creativity make him the perfect ally to navigate the various phases of projects with pleasure and respect.

Olivier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Communication, specializing in intervention and support for individuals, groups and organizations, from the Université du Québec à Montréal. He also holds a certificate in contemporary social history. During his time at UQAM, he distinguished himself by serving as vice-president of the student association for the human relations communication program, and by organizing various events.
