Dominique has been a consultant with Boreala since September 2022 and has brought with her over 8 years of experience working in Human Resources for technology companies (Test Engineering and Information Systems) with her scope of work spanning across the entire employee life-cycle, for teams in Canada, the US and Japan.
Her professional guiding light as a Business Partner has always been to strengthen collaboration and understanding between all levels of an organization. She has a passion for helping people grow, leading teams, and building strong relationships within an organization. Her goal is to challenge the status quo and have a mindset of continuous improvement.
Dominique is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés of Quebec and holds a B.Comm. from Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business where she was involved in the student HR Association and represented her school in prestigious academic competitions such as the Inter-Collegiate Business Competition (1st place in HR) and the HRM Symposium.
Her “free time” is always packed with getting involved in the Montreal AcroYoga Community as a teacher and a memeber of their Network of Care; she loves rock climbing, dancing and travelling the world!
